Rudraksha
(elaeocarpus ganitrus) means “Shiva Eyes”. It is believed
that rudraksha originated from the tears of Lord Shiva. Rudraksha is described
in many ancient vedic scriptures like Shiv Puran, Nirnaya –Sindhu,
Ling purana, Devibhagwatham, Padma purana, Astamaalika upnishad, Rudra
samhita, Kotirudra samhita ,Vayu Samhita, Uma samhita, Kailasa samhita
